28th September 2021

The Social Analysis of Penality Across Boundaries – Workshop Series has been organised in partnership between the Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research and the Crime and the Society Program of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral in Argentina.
This workshop series aims to bring together a wide range of current work from around the world on aspects of penal politics, policies, practices and institutions.
We hope to continue to expand the scope for comparative analysis of penal questions, and to stimulate cross-regional collaboration and exchange between scholars north and south.
We hope thereby to build a mutually supportive community of researchers despite and because of their strikingly diverse situations.
All Welcome!
The first workshop in the series will take place on Tuesday 28th September at 4pm (BST) online via Zoom and you can REGISTER HERE to receive that link.
