Fact Sheet: 15 years of FAI determinations for deaths in custody

As part of the Nothing to See Here? project this fact sheet is a summary of statistics based on analysis of 196 FAIs published up to mid-February 2021, for people who died in custody between 2005 and 2019, inclusive.
