Ben Moews is a Lecturer in Predictive Analytics at the University of Edinburgh.
With a background in machine learning, statistics and high-performance computing, his criminological research focusses on the spatio-temporal modelling of incident reports, the optimisation of public resource allocation for crime prevention, and the statistical analysis of policing and bias reduction.
