Synopsis:
This research aims to examine the impact of AI on project quality management in Abu Dhabi Police, one of the leading law enforcement agencies in the UAE. The use of AI in project quality management in this context is particularly relevant as it operates in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, making the adoption of advanced technologies crucial for effective project management. The study will also explore the factors that influence the successful integration of AI in project quality management, such as training, communication, and collaboration strategies.
Halper (2017) argues that AI technologies such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing can also help identify potential risks and opportunities early on in a project, allowing for timely and effective decision making. Moreover, AI can also improve time efficiency by streamlining project processes and reducing project completion time (Hajiali et al., 2020).
The successful integration of AI in project quality management in Abu Dhabi Police can significantly enhance its efficiency and accuracy. With the increasing complexity and volume of tasks in law enforcement, it is significant for Abu Dhabi Police to adopt advanced technologies to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.AI can identify potential risks and opportunities through utilizing predictive analytics and machine learning reducing the chances of errors and delays in project execution. This is particularly crucial for Abu Dhabi Police as it operates in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, where any errors can have significant consequences.
