There are two PhD studentships available at Stirling University. The studentships will be attached to SCCJR’s ‘Evaluating Interventions’ Network, which is based in the Universities’ Department of Applied Social Science. Both studentships are for three years and will be funded at full Research Council rates. We would encourage applicants with a wide range of relevant research interests to apply. Candidates may wish to work collaboratively on SCCJR research projects or to conduct an independent piece of research. The only major criteria is that the research should substantively contribute to the aims and objectives of the Network. Full details of the studentships are available on the DASS web site (link below), together with details of crime and justice research interests within the department. The closing date for applications is the 7th March 2008.
