Many congratulations to Heather Tolland, left, of the University of Stirling on the successful completion of her PhD Viva. Her PhD is titled ‘She helps me to cope’: An exploration of the experiences of women in the Sacro Women’s Mentoring Service. Heather’s doctoral research was co-supervised by Margaret Malloch, Hannah Graham and Gill McIvor, and was co-funded by Sacro.
Warm congratulations also to Jamie Buchan, right, of the University of Edinburgh, who has also completed his PhD, ‘Restructuring Community Justice in Scotland, 2012-2017: Policy and Power Dynamics in the Penal Field’. Jamie’s supervisors were Richard Sparks and Richard Jones.
