The purpose of the evaluation is to consider the operation of the football banning order legislation to date and make recommendations to improve its use and effectiveness. The project is being led by Niall Hamilton-Smith and also involves SCCJR’s Claire Lightowler and Ben Bradford, Dave McArdle (University of Stirling), Nick Tilley (UCL), Matt Hopkins(Matrix Knowledge) and Justin Kurland (UCL).  If you have any queries about this project please contact Niall Hamilton-Smith.
