Research on female offenders conducted by Monica Barry and Gill McIvor on behalf of Lothian and Borders Justice Community Justice Authority was launched at a conference on Women’s Health in Edinburgh on 30 January. The research report – Chaotic Lives: A Profile of Women in the Criminal Justice System in Lothian and Borders – will be published shortly.
