SCADR Seminar: Using criminology, police data and a lot of nouse

*This event is organised by the Scottish Centre for Administrative Data Research (SCADR)

This seminar from Professor Betsy Stanko OBE will be drawing on the experience she gained over a decade and a half while working inside the London Metropolitan Police and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as Head of Evidence and Insight.  An academic criminologist in the first half of her career, Betsy’s role in the Met and MOPAC is little understood to those on the outside. She will talk about data (police data and criminal justice data), criminology as insight, and challenging policy and practice inside the belly of the beast.

There is no cost to attend, but interest is expected to be high so please register for your place on Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/an-inside-job-using-criminology-police-data-and-a-lot-of-nouse-tickets-90168066113
