Challenging Gender-Based Violence

The International Centre for Gender ad Women’s Studies (ICGWS) and the Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research (SCCJR) invites you to participate in a one day workshop on challenging gender based violence. A range of academic, practitioner and student voices will inform the day’s discussion. We hope that the day will provide an opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange for those who research, study and/or work in the area of gender-based violence.

Confirmed Speakers include: Professor Liz Kelly of the Child and Women Abuse Studies Unit at the London Metropolitan University; Sandy Brindley of Rape Crisis Scotland; and Rosina McRae of SAY Women.
