Bill McWilliams Memorial Lecture: Public Policy and Probation: Is there a Welsh Way?

We are delighted to invite you to the 2021 Bill McWilliams Memorial Lecture. This will take place on Thursday 8 July at 1.30pm.
The lecture Public Policy and Probation: Is there a Welsh Way? will be given by Rt Hon Mark Drakeford MS First Minister of Wales with respondents Richard Garside (Director, Centre for Crime and Justice Studies) and Alex Osler (Head of Operations, National Probation Service, East of England). The biographies of our speakers and some information about the history of the lecture series are attached to this invitation.
