The Honourable Mr Justice Adrian Saunders, President of the Caribbean Court of Justice, explains the role of The Caribbean Court of Justice, a final appellate court for some Caribbean States. It also interprets and applies a Caribbean economic integration treaty.
Its funding arrangements are unique as is its method of selecting its judges. This year (2025) the Court celebrates its 20th anniversary.
